For the past few years my wife and I have been drinking various wines and beers, some we liked, some we simply loved, and others we never speak of again. After every bottle of wine, every glass of beer, there was always this lingering thought that I should go buy one of those expensive wine books. One that would help you rate the wine and what not. Well this is the age of the internet, so why should I spend $20 on a book when I can save everything I want online! Now I can remember the after taste of each beer and wine.
But before I begin blogging, I need a rating system. I've found that local rating systems, such as the 50-100pt system, don't fully fit with my taste intrests. So for the the outside reader, please keep in mind that I'm a bit bias towards the bitter sweet beers and red wines. Now being the logical planer that I am, I need to have a system that is thurough, but not too complex. A system that makes for easy reference, yet can still hold depth if further intrest persists. So over the next few days (or hours if I'm that dedicated) I'll create my rating system.
